How Do I Measure To Find The Center of the Hole For My B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck On 2014 F-150?

Question:

I have a 2014 F150 6.5foot bed and have a question in regards to where the to drill in regards to the length of the bed. I saw this note *BED LESS THAN 8 LONG’ - 45 1/8”*. Do I measure up 45-1/8inch from the tailgate and make a mark or do I center it based on the length of the bed? Thanks

It sounds like you are asking about the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs, # BWGNRK1104. The 45-1/8 inch measurement for the ball location is from the tailgate end edge of the bed, not including the tail gate itself, and make a mark at that measurement. Then with that mark, you will center the location between the wheel wells and make the mark. Where these marks intersect will be the center point for your 4 inch hole. I've attached a picture to help.
