Amount of Clearance Over Cab When Using Thule Xsporter on 2016 Ford F-150
Question:
For my 2016 F150, crew cab, short bed, and a Thule Xsporter rack, how many inches are there between the top of the trucks cab and the top of the racks crossbar? I have a canoe and am trying to see whether one end would have any/enough vertical separation from the trucks cab. Thank you in advance.

The Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XT is adjustable. I don't have the exact measurement from the top of a 2016 Ford F-150's cab however I can tell you at its highest setting it will be 31-1/2 inches above the bed rails. So if you measure from the top of your bed rails to the top of your cab and subtract the difference this will give you the measurement you're looking for.
