Position of New Hitch and Spare Tire Location for a 2016 Ram 3500 Long Bed and Hitch DT45518

Deos the DT45518 hitch fit below the factory installed hitch with the spare tire under the rear of the truck? I have a 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 SRW. with an 8foot bed.

Draw-Tite trailer hitch # DT45518 fits beneath the factory hitch on a 2016 Ram 3500 long bed. The spare tire under the truck is not affected by this hitch installation and will stay in place. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
