I'm not familiar with that model number, but I think you are asking if the Hollywood Racks Expedition 2 Bike Carrier - Adjustable Arms - Trunk Mount, # HRF6-2, is a fit for both the 2016 Prius and the 2016 Prius V? If that is the question, the answer is that the Expedition 2 is not a fit for either based only on that model year of each vehicle and a confirmed fit from the manufacturer or our ability to confirm the fit in house. However, I do have another option for you.

If you are looking for a fit for both 2016 vehicle models, I recommend the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack, # Y02634. However, this will only work on the Prius V if there is not a spoiler. This rack has SuperCush anti-sway cradles with ratcheting ZipStip straps to hold the bike frames at 3 points. The interlocking HUB lets you adjust the base to fit the shape of your hatch. It has an integrated cable lock with Same Key System lock cores to secure bikes to the rack. A steel-reinforced security cable secures the rack. The cable attaches to the rack base and threads through your locked hatch.

For step through frames, I recommend the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar, # Y02531. This connects below the handlebars and under the seat to create a solid top frame tube to allow you to carry the bike level on your hanging bike rack.

Although there are trunk mounted bike racks compatible with the Prius V with a spoiler, there are not trunk mounted racks that are compatible with the spoiler and the other Prius. If the Prius V has a spoiler, I recommend the Thule Gateway Pro 2-Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms, # TH88VR. With this rack, I recommend the Thule cable lock # TH538XT and the Thule Passive Security Strap for Trunk Mounted Bike Carriers # TH533.
