Can I Install My B&W Companion Slider 5th Wheel in My 2016 GMC Sierra 3500 HD w/ Long Bed
Question:
2016 GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD with long bed. Is it OK to use the B and W COMPANION SLIDER - 5TH WHEEL HITCH instead of the COMPANION™ - 5TH WHEEL HITCH? I will be taking the slider off of a 2015 truck and purchasing a new hitch kit BWGNRK1016 . Thanks

Yes, you can install a B&W Companion Slider Hitch, like part # BWRVK3400, in your 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD. You will need the Gooseneck/5th Wheel Underbed Installation Kit # BWGNRK1016 to install the hitch.
As for operation of the hitch, as long as you keep the hitch slider in the locked position you can use the hitch in a long bed truck.
