For your 2011 Acura CSX with a 2.0 V-tec engine you will need to look on the rear passenger side of your motor. You will need to remove the frost plug or core plug in that location and install the heater in it's place.
To install, you will drain the radiator and block, and remove the frost plug or core plug making sure to remove any debris. Then lubricate the o-ring on the heater with light weight grease before installing. When installing you will tighten the hex head to torque specs in your instructions. Then you will route the cord to an accessible location avoiding moving parts and extreme heat. Refill the radiator with mixed solution of anti-freeze and run engine to build up pressure. Finally, check for leaks.
