How Does MaxxTow Off-Road Light Bar Mount and Will it Fit on Ford F-250

Will this fit a 2003 f250 Ford superduty truck and how does it mount, roof or window?

The mounting holes of the MaxxTow Off-Road Light Bar # MT80636 are spaced 53-13/16 inches apart. As long as the mounting location you're using is wide enough it will work for you.
It is generally mounted using a light bar mounting bracket which is connected to the roof of the vehicle. I attached a video of a Jeep with this setup.
For a light bar that is designed to fit on your 2003 Ford F-250 you should look at the Carr C-Profile Rota Light Mounting Bar # CARR210111 with the Gutterless Mount Kit # CARR220051. Pair this with the Pilot Automotive Light Bar # PL-9707 to complete the kit. I've attached a video of the light for you.
