Recommended Monitor and Turbo Timer for 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD With 6.6L Duramax Diesel

I have a 2016 Silverado 3500 HD with the 6.6L Duramax. I am looking for something that will help me monitor my turbo boost, and I am also looking for a Turbo Timer so that I dont heat soak my turbo. What suggestions do you have? Thank you
