Anti-Rattle Device Recommendation with Hitch Reducer HT02
Question:
Customers complain of the sloppy fit of this reducer in 2inch receivers. Is there a better reducer, i.e. less playinch in either the 2inch or 1 1/4inch ends of it, to choose from?

Expert Reply:
The problem with hitch reducers is that they add additional movement in the hitch because there is play between the hitch, reducer, and the accesory. The recommended anti-rattle device with this is the part # 63232. This takes out that play and makes it much tighter.
