How Does Roadmaster Tracker Tow Bar Attach to Vehicle

how is it attached to the vehicle and do i need any additional hardware to attach it?

The tow bar part number is designed to attach to a base plate kit which installs on the front frame of a vehicle. I would need to know the year/make/model of your vehicle to pick out a base plate kit.
