Recommended Swing-Away Bike Rack For A Family Of Four With Childrens Bikes

Question:

Will the Yakima and Thule hold childrens bikes ? I am looking to purchase a ile rack for my daughter this holiday and they have 2 adults and two children, age 5 and 3. Swing arm is there preference since they have a mini van. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
