Recommend Snow Tire Chains for 2008 Acura TL Facotry Wheel and Tire Size P235/45R17
Question:
Can you recommend chains for a 2008 Acura TL with factory stock tires P235/45R17? The owners manual states Because your vehicle has limited tire clearance, mount only SAE Class S cable-type traction devices with rubber cable tensioners on the front tires.

I would recommend the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains, part # PW1038, which are SAE Class S tire chains. You will also want to use Glacier Rubber Adjusters for Class S Snow Chains, part # PW100 as tensioners for part # PW1038.
You will want to mount the snow chains on the powered drive wheels of your vehicle, on your TL you will mount the snow chains on the 2 front wheels.
I have linked 2 FAQ Articles on snow chains, one of which outlines the snow chain laws for each state. I have also linked a video review of the K-Summit Snow Chains which will outline installation and shows the chains being used on a vehicle in the snow.
