I called my contact at RockyMounts and they told me the LoBall Bike Rack for Truck Bed Factory Track Systems, part # RKY1097 should work just fine for road bikes as well as mountain bikes.

This system will work with bikes that have a stancdard 9 mm fork mount and if it has a quick-release on the wheel. This rack comes with a built-in lock to help secure your bike.
