Question:
I have a bruan mobility lift that has a 1/2 inch pin hole on a 2 inch receiver but most all the 1/2 inch pins come up short for locking as my receiver hitch is 2 inches will this locks half inch pin go all the way through and lock on a 2 inch receiver.

The usable span of the # 2866DAT that you referenced is 2-3/4 inches. You would need to measure the width of your hitch to know if that would be enough. Most likely it would be pretty close.
