Can Sidewinder be Used with Curt Q16 Fifth Wheel Hitch

Will the Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret - 16,000 lbs RP34FR work with a Curt Q16 hitch?

Unfortunately the current versions of the Curt A-series and Q-series hitches are not compatible with sidewinders, like the one you have from Reese. In order to use the pin box you have, you'll need a new fixed hitch such as this one from Curt: Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16115.
Keep in mind, you'll also need a custom wedge to keep the pin box from rotating inside the hitch head. For this, I recommend using the # C16991.
