How do I fasten the bike to the rack?

Expert Reply:
The top frame bar of the bike will go on top of the cradles on the 2 arms of the Thule Passage bike rack # TH910XT. The frame bar rests in the cradles and you will pull the straps over the top of the frame tube so they are snug, not super tight, and attach them to the cradle.
On bikes that have alternative frames such as women's bikes or full suspension bikes you may need to use a bike adapter bar such as # 64005 to create an artificial top tube. I have linked some videos that should be helpful.
