Brake Controller Wiring Adapter for 2010 Ford F150
Question:
Hello, the harness adaptor 22292 lists for use with 2009 F150. Would it be safe to assume it can also be used with 2010 ? Thank you

The Brake Controller Wiring Adapter, part # 22292 does carry over from the 2009 to the 2010 Ford F150 and is the correct wiring adapter for installing a Tekonsha P3 in your 2010 Ford F150.
I will link you to the install instructions for the wiring adapter, as well as a link to an installation video that you might find helpful. The video shows a controller being installed on a 2009 F150, but the procedure on your 2010 model would be similar.
