Truck Bed Bike Rack Recommendation for 2017 Toyota Tacoma with Cargo Rails

Question:

Im looking for a front fork mount that fits into the rails of the bed of my truck. I have seen the options here but I need something where the forks sit very close to the rail so I have enough room to close my tailgate. What is the best option for a low profile blockhead? Id like it to be locking too

If you have bikes that are too long to face sideways in the bed of your truck and only have rails that are on either side of the bed there really isn't a way to utilize the rail and orientate your bike the way it needs to be to fit your truck bed.

Normally I'd recommend a LoBall part # RKY1097 as it is locking and fits the channel of your 2017 Toyota Tacoma but your bike won't fit sideways.

Realistically you would have to go with something like the Swagman Pick Truck Bed Rack part # S64702 installed near the front of the truck bed to allow the bikes to face forwards.
