Can ATV Winch Solenoids get Exposed to Water

Can this selenoid be mounted in a location where it will get wet?

In general you want to try to keep winch solenoids away from being exposed to the elements but they are designed for use on ATVs which come in contact with water pretty regularly so if it were to get splashed crossing a creek or while washing the ATV it would be fine.
