Is There a Gooseneck Ball That Will Mount On a Curt Fifth Wheel Frame Rails in a 04 Chevy Silverado

I have a Curt Q5 20K 5th Wheel Hitch and I need a Gooseneck adaptor to fit it. will this one work with my rails or do you have one that will.

If you want a gooseneck adapter that would mount to the existing frame rails from the Curt Q5 20K 5th Wheel Hitch, part # 16126, in your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado I would recommend the Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails, 25,000 lbs GTW, part # 16085.
The # 16085 will fit into and attach directly into your 5th wheel rails exactly like your Q5 Curt 20k 5th Wheel Hitch does.
