What Locks the Inno Tire Hold Roof Bike Rack # INA389 to the Crossbar of the Vehicle
Question:
When the bike is installed on rack, what prevents removing the entire rack and the bike from the car rack? It seems that the fastening screws for the attaching brackets could be easily unscrewed from underneath.

Expert Reply:
The Inno Tire Hold Roof Bike Rack # INA389 that you referenced includes a steel braided cable lock that allows you to basically create a slip knot around the crossbar of the rack and that is what keeps it locked in place.
