Tire Chain Recommendation for 2016 BMW X3 with 245/50-18 For Clearance and Ease of Install

Hi. Looking for chains for 2016 BMW X3 with 245/50-18 tires. Manual indicates only use fine-link snow chains but makes no mention of S-type or chain link or side-chain dimensions. Your website shows two Thule and one Pewag for this car. Will all fit or do you have other recommendation? Thanks.

The best option for tire chains that we can offer for your 2016 BMW X3 with the size of 245/50-18 is the part # TH04115245. These chains are basically the nicest set of chains you could use on your tire size. As long as you have the 10 mm of fender clearance that the chains require you would be good with these.

You will need to contact a local BMW dealer and ask them if chains that require 10 mm of clearance would work on your vehicle.
