Hitch Lock Recommendation for Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack
Question:
Im going to purchase the Swagman XTC-2 bike rack. I also plan to purchase anti-wobble hitch pin. I will be mounting the rack in a 2inch receiver. Can I use the S64027 hitch pin rather than the S64029?

The Swagman XTC2 part # S64670 that you referenced comes with an anti-rattle hitch pin already.
If you were looking for a way to lock the rack you would want the # S64029 as it is the correct fit for the XTC. The other lock you mentioned is for racks that are only designed for 2 inch hitches.
