How to Determine if Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 2-Bike Platform Rack Will Clear Rear Spare
Question:
Have a van with a spare tire carrier and want a bike platform to carry two fat tire electric bikes on. Would this extend out far enough to clear the tire carrier. Is there extension that you can buy?

You would need to measure out from the hitch pin hole of your hitch to the outside portion of the tire. If that distance is less than 12 inches the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 2-Bike Platform Rack # HR1450Z would fit and clear the spare since it has a distance of 12 inches from the hitch pin hole to the nearest wheel hoop.
