How can I use it with a R/V trailer.how to connect it the trailer king pin ????

It sounds like your truck has a gooseneck hitch and your trailer has a 5th wheel king pin. In order to tow a 5th wheel trailer using a gooseneck hitch you will need an adapter. I recommend the Andersen Ranch Hitch # AM3100. I have included a link to a video review of this adapter for you.
