Troubleshooting Locked Up Brakes
Question:
My 2016 keystone fusion brakes are locked up. Showed up to get trailer from storage lot after sitting for 2 weeks and I cannot move trailer. Temperatures at night low mid 40s, so I dont think weather related. What is my issue?

First, I would check your 2016 Keystone Fuzion to see if the break away pin on the trailer, like # 3802348 is in place. Make sure that the connection is complete. If the connection has been pulled and not reconnected properly, the trailer brakes would be locked up as that is what it is designed to do.
If that isn't your issue, I would adjust the brakes manually. This will require getting on the ground and on each side of the axle with a flat screwdriver, move the adjuster on the back side of the brake assembly. This should free your brakes to allow the hubs to move.
If they still will not move, I'd suggest disassembly to check the actual axle, bearings, and brakes on the trailer for seized up parts. I agree with you that it is not weather related, but more likely a mechanical issue.
