Tailgate Assist for 2016 Ram 3500

Please direct me to the correct part for my 2016 Ram 3500. Tailgate LIFT assist. Dont want the one that only helps lower the tailgate, but that reduces the weight to lift it. Thanks

Unfortunately, only tailgate assist we have for your 2016 Ram 3500 is the Lowering System you mentioned from DeeZee, # DZ43301. The tailgate lift assist we offer for most trucks, that is not a fit for your vehicle, is the Hopkins EasyLift Truck Bed Tailgate Lift Assist, # 74211, and I assume that is what you were looking for. I contacted Hopkins to confirm this was not a fit for your 2016 Ram 3500, and Hopkins let me know that Ram made some changes to their tailgate after the 2009 model and the EasyLift is no longer compatible with the newer model because of those changes.
