Adapter Bar Recommendation to Fit Womens Frame Bike on Thule LiteRider

My TREK Nekos 3 and my husbands Ellsworth do not fit on our new Yakima Lite Rider for two bikes. The bikes dont hang on the rack. What can of adapter do we need to resolve this issue? Can I order it from you? Thank you,

What you need is an adapter bar like part # UB01. I checked out pictures of your bikes and the alternative frames that they have means you would need an adapter bar to allow the bikes to install on a hanging rack and sit level. These adapters attach to steering stem and seat post to provide the horizontal attachment point.
