Thule does list the Force XT cargo box # TH6358B as a fit for the factory roof rack crossbars on a 2007 Lexus RX 350. So it can physically mount to the roof rack. Now if you are wondering if it will fit and still allow you to fully open the hatch there are some measurements you can take.
First, if the front crossbar can be moved set it as far forward as it can go. Then measure from the center of the front bar straight back to the nearest obstruction or to the nearest part of the hatch when open. If your measurement is greater than 51-1/8 inches then there will be hatch clearance.
