5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Installation Kit for a 2016 Ram 3500 Tradesman

I have a reese 15 and would like to purchase installation kit for my 2016 ram 3500 tradesman supercab. please provide part numbers and placement instructions.

For your 2016 Ram 3500 I recommend a custom installation kit, # C16430-204, because there is no frame drilling required to install the frame brackets and it will install in less time compared to universal or semi-custom kits. The rails in this kit will accept your Reese 15K hitch. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation.

For the install kit listed above you will measure from the rear edge of the bed, not the tailgate, forward 26-1/2 inches for a short bed or 28-1/8 inches for a long bed. This is where the back edge of the rear rail will be. Then you would just use the hitch placed in the properly positioned rear rail to find the location of the front rail.
