The Thule Hitching Post Pro 4 Bike Rack with Anti-Sway, # TH934XTR, comes with almost everything you need. It includes the adapter for 2 inch hitch receivers. It includes the anti-rattle bolt that secures the bike to the hitch and reduces vibration. It includes the cradles, cradle straps, tilting pin, and even an anti-sway strap. The bike rack comes with everything you need to safely transport 4 bikes utilizing the rack's dual arm design with HoldFast cradles. It will come with instructions, which I have also attached for you to view. I've included some videos that may help as well.
One thing that does not come with the rack that I'd recommend is the Thule Cable Lock with One Key System Lock, # TH538XT, or something similar to secure your bikes to the rack. You may also consider the Thule Snug-Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device, # THSTL2. This adds a lock to your the Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin in your receiver further securing your rack to your vehicle.
I'd also suggest the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar, # 64005, for any Children's, Women's, or Alternative Frame bikes without a top frame bar. This adapter easy connects under the handlebars and bike seat to create a top rail for secure, level transport.
