Kayak and Paddleboard Carrier Recommendations for a 2010 Subaru Outback with Factory Roof Rack  

Question:

Will either of these carriers fit my 2010 Subaru Outback with standard roof rack? Would I be able to fit a paddleboard along with my new kayak 11 and 1/2 feet on one rack? Which of the two racks mentioned below do you recommend for me? Thanks. Im new to this.

Both the Hull-A-Port # TH834 and JayLow # Y04073 will fit the factory crossbars on your 2010 Subaru Outback. The carriers are very similar and I am certain you would like either one.

The paddleboard might not fit with the kayak loaded. The issue is that paddleboards are carried flat and there might not be enough crossbar space to have both a kayak carrier and paddleboard carrier loaded at the same time.

The narrowest paddleboard carrier is the SUP Shuttle # TH811XT at 23 inches when telescoped in.
