Question:
looking at this to fit a 37 1/2inch in outside to outside from measurement . I also want to make sure the companion fifth wheel will also work on this setup. I had a crude setup for a fifth wheel which was just a 1/2 plate steel with a ball mounted on it. looking to have more bed area when I need it. Can you help

For your 1991 Ford F-250 HD the B and W gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1110 is the correct Turnover ball gooseneck hitch that your truck would need. Based on the frame dimensions of your truck it was not original a cab and chassis truck (although it appears to be one in the picture) so this hitch is a confirmed fit.
Cab and chassis trucks have frames that measure 34 inches apart outside to outside.
If your truck is a short bed truck the slider hitch you would need is the part # BWRVK3400-5W which will give you the needed clearance to make tight turns. If you have a long bed truck you instead would want the part # BWRVK3500.
