These Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement Systems are basically the same except for the hardware and vehicle specific brackets that are included with each system. Both systems are compatible with Ford F-150 trucks, but part # TFR1502D is designed for 2 Wheel Drive Models only and fits years 2004 - 2016 while part # TFR1504E fits both 2 Wheel and 4 Wheel Drive Models and fits 2015 - 2016 Ford F-150 trucks specifically. I would go with # TFR1504E for your 2015 Ford F-150 since it is a fit for years 2015-2016 exclusively.

Timbren is a high quality product with a lifetime warranty by the way. My coworker installed this system on his personal truck and is definitely satisfied with the outcome.
