From talking with previous customers who have the same trailer as you we were able to determine that your trailer has 7k Dexter axles. So for a Titan disc brake kit you would want the part # THRCM13378DACEK. This is a 7k rated disc brake system that will fit a Dexter 7k axle.

This is an individual setup though so you would need to order a quantity of these based on how many wheels on your trailer that you are adding disc brakes too. So if you have a tandem trailer you would need a quantity of 4 for adding brakes to all axles.
