Roof Rack and Kayak Carrier Recommendation for a 2009 Chevy Silverado
Question:
Weve got a 2013 Chev 3500 with an 8foot bed. Will the ladder rack work for carrying kayaks when weve got the 5th wheel attached? Thanks.

A fifth wheel trailer would interfere with being able to carry kayaks with the K2 Ladder Rack part # K2TFR150. How long are your kayaks? If they are shorter you may be able to install a roof rack and use carriers on the roof of the truck's cab.
For a roof rack the Rhino Rack part # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK227 is a confirmed fit for your 2009 Chevy Silverado.
Then for a kayak carrier the Thule part # TH834 would work well.
