Can you tell me if anyone has fifth wheel bracket kits available for the 2011 Dodge Dully 3500, long bed?

Yes, I checked with Curt Manufacturing and the Curt Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, item # C16420-104, is recommended for the 2011 Dodge 3500 Dually with or without Overload Springs. I have linked installation instructions for you to review.
If you need a hitch to go along with the install kit then we have several to choose from. The Curt Q20 Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch - 20K, item # C16130, is a excellent hitch and will work well in your truck.
The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 20,000 lbs, item # RP30928, is also an excellent product and can be used with a Sidewinder for short bed trucks if you ever decide to get a truck with a shorter bed.
