This Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms, part # 919-1, is the mounting point for towing a 2008-2011 Subura Impreza behind an RV or truck using a tow bar such as the RoadMaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - 6,000 lbs, part # RM-520.
If that is what you plan on doing with your Subaru you may also need the following items:
RoadMaster 64 inch Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables, part # RM-645
Magnetic Towing Light Kit, part # RM-2120
