How to Pick Out Landing Gear for 1997 Avion Wesport by Fleetwood
Question:
I have a 1997 Avion Westport by Fleetwood. It has / had RBW jacks that are electric. It weighs in at about 16500. The RBW jack gears stripped. I have taken them apart and they are going to cost to Much to repair. Do you have a set that will bolt directly back in place of the old ones? Thank you

In order to pick out a direct replacement for the landing gear on your 1997 Fleetwood Avion we would need to know the distance between the mounting brackets. Otherwise you could just have the brackets removed from your trailer by a qualified welder and then install the brackets that come with the Bulldog Tandem Landing Gear Set # BD500162. Either way this landing gear set would work well for you, you just might have to have the brackets of your trailer removed and then install the brackets of the # BD500162.
The jacks would be the correct replacement for Lippert, Venture, and Atwood landing gear, as well as those from a few other manufacturers. The sure way to tell is that if the distance between the mounting brackets (underside of top bracket to top of lower bracket) is 17-1/2 inches. If this is the case, the landing gear should fit just fine.
If your frame clamps are instead 20-1/4 inches the Ultra Fab part # UF17-943010 would be a direct replacement.

Have avion with 24 inch bracket spread as measured by your diagram. Need 12 thousand pound lifting capacity. Per your sight you 20 1/2 spread. Do you have one that will bolt up to original. A contact phone on your website would be a plus
