Will Westin Fey Surestep Rear Bumper with Custom Installation Kit # 21002-92230 Fit 1972 Ford F-250
Question:
Looking at bumper 21002-92230. Those are good pictures but my mount is a little different. It is a 72 f-250. I can email pictures of it. What I am looking for is what your bumper has for mounts without the kit brackets. Im thinking I may be able to mount directly without the kit if the bracket on the bumper is a horizontal or square bracket with two holes. From what I see, it may be a little complicated for me otherwise. I dont love the idea of drilling holes into steel. I can do it or get it done but its more expense you know. Thank you.

The Westin Fey Surestep Rear Bumper with Custom Installation Kit # 21002-92230 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 1972 Ford F-250. If you use the included hardware that comes with it the bumper will bolt right up without modification. If you choose to try and use the mounting kit already on the truck and attach the bumper to it instead I can't safely recommend a way to accomplish that. The best option would be to remove the hardware on your truck and use what comes with this bumper.
The bumper is not a complete and total match to what came on your truck and that is why there are some differences that you noticed but it will fit and work well.
