The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, part # TFR250SDG is the correct system you need for your 2016 F-250, whether it is a 2WD or 4WD.
There is no drilling required for installation and this system can be used on trucks with or without the overload springs. These are designed to replace the bump stops you have installed on the truck. The system is designed for the rear of the truck and will not increase the weight carrying capacity for your truck.
