Replacement Hub for 2014 Patriot Trailer with 3,500 Dexter Axle

is this just bearing fix or do I need a new axle 2014 patriot 6x10 single axle 3500lb

You need to replace that hub! Also you will need to inspect the condition of the spindle too for obvious signs of wear.
That's a 3,500 lb Dexter Hub so for a replacement you would need the part # 84545BX which comes with bearings.
