The Tekonsha P3 Brake Controller # 90195 comes with a universal wiring harness. It has a plug on one end that will plug into the rear of the brake controller and the other end of the harness will have 4 wire leads that would have to be hardwired to your 2010 Ford F-150 Super Crew.
If you order the Tekonsha Brake Controller with Wiring # 90195, this part will be the P3 brake controller with the Tekonsha Ford F-150 Wiring Adapter # 22292. This will give you the wiring adapter that will plug into the rear of the brake controller and the other end will plug into the factory brake controller plug on your vehicle.
I am sending links to the installation instructions on the Tekonsha P3 brake controller and the # 22292 wiring adapter. Also, I am sending a video link of the P3 brake controller and wiring adapter being installed on a 2009 Ford F-150.
