Replacement Leaf Spring Recommendation for 3,500 lb Trailer Axle to Replace 25-3/4 inch Spring
Question:
I have a 2inch axle with a 3,500 lb. limit. My trailer springs need to be replaced, they measure from eye to eye center about 25 and 3/4inch from the front to rear shackle centers. What would be the appropriate width springs to use?

The correct leaf spring you need is the part # e54SR.
This is a 3,500 lb axle spring that measures 25-1/8 inches in length. Since old springs stretch out over time this spring would be exactly what you need when you consider your current spring was around 1/2 an inch shorter when new.
