Bolt Hole Spacing and Top Plate Dimensions of Curt Bumper-Mount Trailer Hitch C19031

Question:

Can you include a picture of hitch C19031 with the dimension of the plate and the bolt pattern you keep on mentioning the 10.5 in distance between the main bolt, but forget to mention the distance between the smaller holes. Just like you did with the pictures of hitch E-3S.

The smaller round holes on Curt trailer hitch # C19031 are approximately 7 inches apart on center. The top, flat part is 4 inches by approximately 12 inches though it is hard to measure exactly because of the rounded sides. I have included a picture.
