The Sport Rider weighs 60 -lbs. It will work great on your motorhome but can also be used on any other vehicle with a 2-inch hitch. Just for background, please note that bike racks made for use on an RV have to be built to withstand the extra stresses found at the rear of such vehicles. The longer the distance from the rear axle to the hitch, the more vertical and lateral forces will be applied to the rack. It is much like adding a cheater bar to a tire iron to give you extra leverage - that longer distance means more force will be applied. The Sport Rider can easily handle these forces.
