It just happens that we have an excellent cost-effective RV-ready hitch bike rack solution for your motorhome and beach cruisers, the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR. This rack packs a lot of features and flexibility into its unique design.
The Sport Rider weighs 60 -lbs. It will work great on your motorhome but can also be used on any other vehicle with a 2-inch hitch. It offers an 80-lbs-per-bike weight capacity and 7-1/2 inches of clearance between the hitch pin hole and the uprights means a good amount of space for the wider handlebars of a beach cruiser. And its shank has 7-inches of rise to help with ground clearance. Please refer to the linked video for illustration of the rack's features.
Since the rack does not include locks you may care to add a cable lock # e98891 to secure your bikes to the rack.
Just for background, please note that bike racks made for use on an RV have to be built to withstand the extra stresses found at the rear of such vehicles. The longer the distance from the rear axle to the hitch, the more vertical and lateral forces will be applied to the rack. It is much like adding a cheater bar to a tire iron to give you extra leverage - that longer distance means more force will be applied. The Sport Rider can easily handle these forces.
All RV-rated bike carriers are shown on the linked page and a helpful article is included too.
