Snow Plow Recommendation for 2014 Ram 2500 with Curt Hitch Installed
Question:
I recently purchased a front hitch 65063 for my 2014 Ram 2500 from you with the intent of using it for a winch and a snow plow. Ill be plowing a 1000ft of asphalt and 3/4 mile of gravel road. We usually have moderate snow fall in the mid-Atlantic but last year... Wham! How critical is the plow height? You have units that go from 19inch - 26inch and Im wondering how that affects plow performance in different depths of snow.

For your 2014 Ram 2500 you are on the right track for using a plow by having the Curt Hitch # C31015 installed. The SnowBear Personal Snowplow # SB324-081 would be a great option as well. It has a wireless remote and in-cab switch setup to make operation easy.
The taller the plow the better it would do in deeper snowfalls. Typically we recommend shorter plows for the lighter duty vehicles just for visibility's sake. You drive a taller vehicle so I would go with the taller plows like the one you referenced.
