Will Installing Brake Controller in 2000 Ford F-350 Damage P2 Brake Controller
Question:
I am installing on 2000 f 350. There is a note in box that claims the red wire on stop light switch can cause damage to the P2 controller???

Where are you seeing this note? To install the Prodigy P2 part # 90885 in your 2000 Ford F-350 would only require you to use the install harness part # 3035-P which has not been known to cause issues with the P2. In fact the P2 is the most popular controller used with this harness.
