Looking for cargo hitch with ramp that will fit on my jeep with the spare tire on snow blower weighs 270 lbs and tongue weight is rated at 350 lbs

The lightest trailer hitch cargo carrier with a ramp we have is the Flint Hill Goods 29-1/2x50 # FHG67ZR. It has 8-3/4 inches from the pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier which might be enough to get passed your spare tire. It weights 54.5 lbs. which is important for you because most of our cargo carriers will be either right at or over your 350 lbs. tongue weight once you load your 270 lb. snow blower. This one would be 270+54.5 pounds, so 324.5 pounds.

If you need more clearance for your spare, the Flint Hill Goods 30 X 50 steel carrier has 14 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier. This carrier weighs 80 pounds, so 270 + 80 puts you at 350 pounds which would work just fine.
