Question:
Leaf spring replacement 3500 lb. axles : eye to eye my leaf springs measure 25 1/4inch your spring says 25 1/8inch will this work on my trailer? Also what is the axle measurement on your leaf spring from eye to center of axle?

Yes, the part # e54SR would fit your trailer and would work well. It is the correct capacity at 3,500 lbs and is just a tiny bit shorter than your current spring which is normal. Trailer springs tend to flatten out and stretch out over time so yours probably were 25-1/8 inch when new.
The second dimension you are looking for is 12.5625 inches.
